The Villain's Little Cat

"Today the teacher is really funny. He brought guest and explained about the mutation again." a young girl around the age of 6 said while swinging her hand.

Beside her were two other girls, one looked like she was around 8 years old while the other one looked like she was 10 years old. They were walking on the street with few people passing by.

City E has become very prosperous and had become one of the main major city in the nation. The road had long been built and with the careful planning, there were already several areas to separate the people there.

After all, there were some people who would become powerful and needed more security and so on.

This road they were taking was within the restricted area.

Unless they lived in this place, not many people were allowed to come inside.

"That’s because you still haven’t seen many of them, Lindsay." The oldest girl chuckled. "Dad said that for the past decade, there are many variety of new mutations that happened."

"But I have seen many of them." Lindsay looked unconvinced.

The second girl laughed and patted Lindsay’s head. "Don’t worry, if you wish to see more, I can help you."

"Really?" Lindsay’s eyes sparkled.

"Of course!"

The oldest girl looked at the second girl and pouted. "Mom! Why are you always favoring Lindsay! I also want to see them."

The second girl, Kate, laughed when she heard her first daughter complaining. "Don’t worry Layla, I’ll also bring you along."

"Great!" Layla smiled happily.

"We’re back home." Kate pointed at the house in front of them calmly. Her appearance was that of an 8 year old girl, but those who knew her would definitely know that this was nothing but a fake appearance.

Even though there were rules that awakened were not allowed to use their abilities discriminately to attack others, there were not many restrictions imposed for a ’transformation’ ability like hers. After all, many people felt that this ability was not very useful and couldn’t be used to attack others.

At most, it was just fooling them. Thus, Kate often sneaked around in this form just to watch her children go to school.

Some teachers knew that she’s their mother.

But other children only think she’s a weird girl who didn’t go to school.

Layla and Lindsay turned blind eyes to their mother’s unique hobby. Anyway, this also meant that their mother could bring them to and from school almost everyday. They will not complain.

The three of them walked inside and the mechanical voice greeted them.

Kate looked at the machine and silently wondered why did Kyle loved this kind of machines. After the reconstruction of the city, he began to enhance the defense and also mass produced various electrical devices with Dylan’s help.

Thanks to their cooperation so far, City E has many ground breaking technology that combined the mutation with electricity.

Humans were indeed very creative.

"Dad!" Layla’s eyes lit up when she saw her father walked out of the office.

Kyle arched his eyebrows when he saw three ’girls’ in front of him. "You’re back girls and Kate, I have been searching for you."

"What is it again?" Kate tilted her head while her two daughters had run towards their father, hugging him tightly.

Kyle bent down and picked the two girls, one on the left and the other one on the right. He kissed them lovingly and the two girls giggled.

"Some questions in regards to space element."

"Oh, for the new project? Let’s talk about it again later. Carry me too."

"Kate, my hands are full." Kyle looked at his wife helplessly. After having two daughters, he always felt that his life was really full and fun.

But the biggest problem was…

His sense of existence had reached zero in front of his father and many elders. They would rather focus on his wife and daughters rather than him.

Tsk.

He could already sense their hatred even from a distance away.

It was good that he only has two daughters and no son or those people would be wary of his son making troubles. Though, his first daughter somehow inherited his mischievousness and loved to make prank from time to time.

"Then I’ll borrow your shoulder." Kate grinned and jumped up lightly, landing on Kyle’s shoulder and then sat down.

"Mom! You’re amazing!" Lindsay’s eyes sparkled.

"I have seen Mom doing better things!" Layla added from the side, not wanting to lose.

"Tell me! Tell me!"

"Girls, stop screaming." Kyle helplessly carried the three ’girls’ as they began to quarrel. He didn’t know whether to laugh or cry.

After reaching rank 9 back then, they realized that they could still grow stronger, but the type of improvement was somewhat different. There was new rank made and after entering that rank, it was not their element getting stronger, but their overall physique getting stronger.

This made Lucy, who has always been superior in terms of physique, felt a bit of danger.

But when she also advanced higher, the others were quickly beaten to submission because her improvement was simply insane. Every rank advancement after rank 6 meant huge improvement that was really hard to compare.

Kate herself was speechless.

But she left her best friend be.

Anyway, with her physique getting better and stronger, she could do some activities that she previously couldn’t. Though, it was just some simple action to help her able to move around the battlefield and not just stay in one place.

"Kyle, you…" Jake paused when he entered because he saw Kyle was busy carrying the three girls. Beside him, Marc looked at the scene in front of him and laughed wildly.

"Bwahaha, I didn’t expect you will still be carrying your three ’girls’, Kyle."

"They asked for it." Kyle shook his head helplessly and put his two daughters on the sofa. "Go back to your room and wash your body."

"Yes, Dad!"

The two girls ran to their room.
