The Time I Got Reincarnated As An Extra

Chapter 243: Date [2]

Chapter 243: Date [2]

In a dimly lit room, a figure was seated on a chair, their elbows hunched over an exquisite looking wooden table.

The fingers of their hands intertwined to form a platform for their chin as their expression was completely impassive and cold.

There was barely any light in the room as the blinds behind the chair had been completely lowered down, shrouding the luxurious office in darkness.

Yet, even in the veil of dimness and peaceful silence, the figure's features could be seen clearer than ever.

The figure was completely motionless but yet, there seemed to be a strange phenomenon happening around them.

As if every inch of the room that was obscured by darkness was a living entity.

No.

The darkness itself in the room seemed to have life as one could see it swirl and move from time to time.

A normal person would have been instantly freaked out by this, running away but the figure was completely normal to it.

No. The darkness was being controlled and manipulated by the figure.

All of a sudden, the figure's arms stuttered for the first time, as if being shook awake by something.

However, the expression on the figure's face didn't change, remaining completely calm and composed.

Finally, the figure moved fully, pushing the chair back and standing up as her eyes darted off towards the blinds behind her.

Her high heels echoed against the cold marble-tiled floor as she elegantly walked in the room, darkness clinging to her and swirling around her with every step.

There was a regal elegance and seductive poise in her gait, as if meant to attract the eyes and attention of everyone around to herself.

Her knee-high opaque black stockings tightly clung to her legs along with her obsidian colored floral patterned dress, exposing her vicious curves, even in the darkness.

As she reached the blinds, her arm raised, covered in floral-patterned cover.

With a clean pull of her hand, she sweeped the blinds aside, being hit directly by the warm sunlight outside through the windows.

For the fraction of a second, one could see a flicker of irritation pass through her face before it turned back to impassiveness.

The warm light finally shed some uncoverage to her features as her form completely came to light.

Her porcelain pale skin without any blemish reflected the sunlight like a jewel, providing beauty to her perfectly proportioned body.

Her glossy lips were pressed into a thin line and her two obsidian black orbs focused outside through the glass like two invaluable jewels.

Long, silky straight black hair cascaded down her back in the form of loose waves, stopping an inch short of her waist.

Now that her full body was revealed, it would not be an exaggeration to say that her body seemed to be sculpted by the hands of god himself.

Every curve, every feature of her body was so well proportioned that even the most beautiful men would fawn over her.

Her perfect way of walking and milky white skin gave off such a seductive, playful vibe that it could not be ignored at all.

Yet, nothing mattered to the woman herself, who stared out of the window, focusing on something else.

Her eyes were fixated not on the land below but on the white clouds in the sky, as if looking for something patiently.

And as if on cue, suddenly the clouds parted like a crack through a chasm, making her eyes momentarily widen.

A shadowy-smoky figure shot through the sky, the size of a behemoth, leaving rings of clouds and air in its wake.

Before it disappeared from sight in the next second.

However, that was enough for Akane.

Looking at the remaining rings in the sky, her lips parted for a moment in awe of what she was.

Her covered hand pressed against the cold window pane, her long, slender fingers leaving marks.

And then in the next second, her lips spread into a thin charming smile as a shade of pink appeared on her cheeks.

"Magnificent. Beautiful."

She kept standing there, staring at the sky, smiling as if she was bewitched by something.n/ô/vel/b//in dot c//om

As Amelia and Amon landed on the ground after jumping from Zephyra's back from a little up in the air, the latter suddenly felt a weird feeling on his back.

His eyes quickly darted behind him in suspicion as his overcoat flapped from the wind.

However, he saw nothing as he gazed behind him.

For a moment, his eyes squinted in further suspicion but before he could think more of it, Amelia called him out.

"That was so intense." She said, an amazed look on her face as she fixed her hair with a smile.

Amon gave her a smile back.

"I'm glad you enjoyed it. Much faster than waiting for a carriage there."

A chuckle escaped Amelia's lips at his remark.

Amon was momentarily lost in her beauty again but instantly called out of it when a snake

brought him back to his senses.

[Simp.]

'Go back to hibernation, it's winter.'

Ignoring what he said in retortion, Amon focused his gaze to the entrance of the City Centre.

"Shall we head inside?" He asked.

Amelia nodded with a smile as she adjusted her dress with a last look after that landing.

"Yup, let's go."

Amon gestured forward.

"After you." He imitated a gentlemanly accent and Amelia laughed at his attempt before falling into pace with him as they started heading inside.

But the two were so lost into each other and occupied with teasing each other that they couldn't even notice the multitude of gazes cast their way.

Multiple whispers could be heard as well.

"Hey, isn't that Lady Amelia?"

"Yeah, she is."

"Damn, she looks so good. I wish I could meet her?"

"Wait, who is that guy beside her and is Lady Amelia s-smiling?"

"N-not only smiling, she's laughing as well!"

"Seriously, who is that guy and why does he look so good?"

"Wait, that long hair and eyes, isn't that the guy who dominated all single battles and team

battles!?"

"OH yeah! The guy with multiple elements!"

"Damn, I hate to admit it but he's handsome. Looks good with Lady Amelia as well."

"That bastard is so luckyy."

At the same time, girls were fawning over the two as well.

"Isn't that Lady Amelia!?" One of them whispered.

"She looks so beautiful!!"

"But who's that guy next to her?"

"He looks so handsome."

"He's tall as well, is he together with Lady Amelia!?"

"Isn't that Amon, the guy from the midterms?"

"Oh yeah, he is! How does he know Lady Amelia, are they together!?"

"I don't know but look at their dressing, they are both wearing matching opposite dresses!"

"They are!"

By some kind of luck or coincidence, both of them had worn matching dresses with opposite colors, as his maroon overcoat was the color of her turtleneck.

And her trenchcoat was his color of sweatshirt.

The two were so oblivious to the whispers of jealousy and awe around them. And this obliviousness would also spread a rumor around the whole academy because of their small coincidence in dresses.
