Strongest Spirit Beast Master Family

Chapter 235 Information

On one side of the hall, Patel Kin looked despondent. This treatment should have been his, but he had pushed it away with his own hands, leaving Patel Shin to reap the benefits.

"Thank you, Master!" Patel Shin said joyfully, cupping his hands in salute. He knew that this day would mark a new beginning in his life.

And it was all thanks to the black robed young man.

"Master Patel, there are some things I wish to inquire about. Would it be convenient?" Blaze Regret asked with a smile, looking at Patel Rong.

A hint of confusion flashed in Patel Rong's eyes, but he waved his hand, and instantly, all the Patel family members in the hall left, leaving only Patel Rong and Blaze Regret.

"You want to ask about the Dark Abyss, don't you?" Patel Rong said slowly.

"That's right. As far as I know, where there is the Ghostly Fragrant Grass, there must be a Netherworld Essense accompanying it. I wonder if that Netherworld Essense is in your possession?" Blaze Regret asked expectantly.

"Netherworld Essense?" Patel Rong touched his chin and thought for a moment before gently shaking his head. "If that spiritual herb is called the Netherworld Essense, I believe it is currently in the hands of the Stun Family. Back then, seven factions ventured into the Dark Abyss together, but only the Blood Seal Gate, the Jack family, the Patel family, and the Stun Family emerged alive."

"The Stun Family?" Blaze Regret furrowed his brows tightly.

"That's right. At that time, the master of the Blood Seal Gate obtained a rare spirit beast in the Dark Abyss and was the first to leave. The Jack family suffered great losses and likely did not have the strength to harvest the spiritual herbs. Thus, the Stun Family is the most logical candidate," Patel Rong explained.

"Is the Dark Abyss very dangerous?" Blaze Regret asked curiously again.

"Hehe, let me put it this way. During the Blood Stone Pass, there were eight factions, seven of which entered the Dark Abyss. Since then, three factions have completely disappeared from the Blood Stone Pass. Apart from the Blood Seal Gate, the remaining factions all suffered varying degrees of losses," Patel Rong sighed with a sense of regret.

"And the eighth faction?" Blaze Regret asked, rubbing his face.

"The remaining faction was the Walker family. Because they offended the Blood Seal Gate, their master, Walker Sub, was killed that night. Now, the Walker family's status is barely above the Jack family's. Of course, if you hadn't appeared today, my Patel family would probably be at the bottom," Patel Rong said, his voice tinged with gratitude.

Blaze Regret nodded thoughtfully, his eyes flashing slightly. It seemed that if he wanted to find the Ghost Face Stigma, the Stun Family was his only lead. He just didn't know what conditions they would set.

"Young friend, you aren't thinking of venturing into the Dark Abyss, are you?" Patel Rong's face slightly changed as if he had suddenly thought of something, and his tone was rather tense.

"I don't have such plans for now, but maybe in the future," Blaze Regret nodded.

"You mustn't! Although your strength isn't weak in the Blood Stone Pass, the Dark Abyss is home to many lord level spirit beasts, and there are many eerie places. A single misstep could lead to your demise," Patel Rong shook his head repeatedly without a second thought.

He had just managed to befriend a second grade alchemist; naturally, he didn't want to see Blaze Regret throw his life away.

"It's just a thought for now. I won't venture down there recklessly without being fully prepared."

Blaze Regret stood up, cupped his hands in a salute to Patel Rong, and smiled, "No need to see me off, Master Patel. Farewell."

Patel Rong's lips moved slightly as he watched Blaze Regret's departing figure, but he could only sigh helplessly. He hoped that the young man really was just thinking about it, as the horrors of the Dark Abyss were far beyond his imagination.

"Blood Seal Gate, Patel family, Jack family, Stun Family, Walker family."

As Blaze Regret walked out of the Patel family gate, the names of these factions kept alternating in his mind. In the entire Blood Stone Pass, these were the powers that could be considered noteworthy. Among them, the Blood Seal Gate was undoubtedly the strongest, while the Jack family was likely the weakest.

As for the Stun Family and the Walker family, he had not yet had any contact with them. The vastness of the Blood Stone Pass far surpassed that of Velorian City, and each faction maintained a respectful distance from one another. Thus, Blaze Regret hadn't heard of any major incidents happening so far.

"Roar!"

The Red on Blaze Regret's shoulder rubbed its sleepy eyes and instantly became extremely spirited.

"After resting for the night, there's no slacking off today," Blaze Regret chuckled, pinching the Red's ears. He then retrieved a map from the void realm stone, which marked all the regions of the Blood Stone Pass.

Looking at a mountain like mark on the map, Blaze Regret nodded slightly. With a flick of his right hand, the map rolled up into a scroll, which he then tossed back into the void realm stone.

"Tonight, I'll spend the night at Bloodstone Mountain," Blaze Regret whispered, his figure swiftly disappearing from the street.

Unlike Velorian City, the Bloodstone Pass was entirely an unorganized area, with not even the most basic city walls constructed around it. Instead, it was surrounded by pitch black mountain ranges, and even at night, the faint roars of spirit beasts could be heard within the town.

Standing at the edge of the mountains, Blaze Regret looked at the white powder on the ground with some curiosity. The powder formed a ring like boundary, separating the interior of the Bloodstone Pass from the mountains.

"Repellent Powder?"

Picking up a bit of the powder, Blaze Regret sniffed it lightly under his nose and immediately understood.
