[You have ingested a Legolas Faction Exclusive Potion: Basic Mana Recovery Potion!]

[You have triggered Passive Ability: Accelerated Regeneration!]

[You have activated Warrior Swordsman Ability: Finesse Stab!]

Boom!

Raining Sword's stab to the chest took out one of the leaders of another hidden base. Even as his virtual interface lit up another notification indicating his kill, Raining Sword ignored it all as he synergized more with the tempo.

His eyes flashed as his sword flowed like the waves of a river flooding a beach, his momentum was unstoppable as he moved forward.

The disorganized psychopaths of the Clown Society could not stop his rampage, his Enchanted sword slaughtered the weakest of the psychopaths.

As for the stronger psychopaths, he conveniently left them for the leaders of this mission. The higher-ranked hunters led by General Toothpick and Christensen were merciless as they slaughtered the psychopaths.

Even as they slaughtered, they did not forget to secure useful equipment.

General Toothpick already received orders from his superior, securing as many alien machines from these hidden bases as possible was now a priority.

After another kill, Raining Sword's virtual interface lit up another notification.

[You have completed 3rd Series Milestone: Kill 1 of the leaders, a Blue Master of the secret bases of the Clown Society spreading the flames of chaos!]

[You have received 3 Chain Mission Points!]

[4th Series Milestone: Kill 3 Blue Masters of the secret bases of the Clown Society, kill 20 psychopaths of the Clown Society, and kill 2 players that have taken Mission 4: Welcome to the Dark Side!]

Almost at the same time that Raining Sword completed the 3rd Series Milestone, Desert Gust's Great Sword tore one of the Blue Masters in twain after a frenzied battle as he also received the same notification.

Both pro players turned to look at each other at the same time, the same thought went through their head, they changed their targets.

Desert Gust charged outside of this building at the nearest player whose name already turned into an ominous red color, indicating the dark side.

Despite the fact that most players didn't take it, some daring players took Mission 4 due to its incredible advantages. The main attractiveness of this mission was its double experience rewards, it was too appetizing to some players.

These players were now Desert Gust's targets.

[You have activated active ability…]

Desert Gust did not let the virtual interface finish before he yelled as he charged at one of the players. "Take my Sword of Justice!"

Bam!

This player was skilled, he calmly parried the strike with his light sword.

Every player that choose Mission 4 was either foolish or confident of their skills, this player was one of the later. Desert Gust did not stop though after his attack was stopped once, this player increased the tempo.

The first attack made him learn a lot about his opponent.

Bam! Bam! Bam!

His Great Sword spammed sword attacks chaotically.

"Take this!"

"Take that!"

"You motherf*cker!"

"Son of a b*tch!"

"Son of a wh*re!"

"Ugly piglet!"

"…" The opposing player was speechless.

"Will you f*cking keep quiet?"

Bam!

This player barely spoke after getting constantly irritated when Desert Gust suddenly increased his tempo. The player could not adapt enough to the sudden change, this player's Great Sword stabbed into his abdomen.

The temporary freeze state from the damage doomed this player.

Desert Gust's attacks flowed like water, he comboed the player to death.

"Hahaha…, you're too green to win me in a one vs one!" He taunted the player who slowly faded into light particles mercilessly.

This was his fighting strategy, trash-talk in a battle of emotional warfare, and bombard with crazy sword combos in a battle of physical domination.

His strategy almost always worked against other players, only Raining Sword learned to cope with his intensity throughout the years. Desert Gust believed he was superior though.

He turned to look at Raining Sword, seeing that his rival was yet to hunt a player, he smirked triumphantly before continuing his raid.

The forces of the Hunter Union slowly swept through the Dragon Shelter.

They left no region untouched in their sweeping attack to root out the culprits, secret base after secret base of the Clown Society was uncovered.

While General Toothpick experienced unprecedented success in his mission, the first copies of the alien machines that were sent back to the Glory Dome arrived. They were directly transported to Master Hunter Lydia's chambers.

Inside her chambers, this Master Hunter meticulously observed the alien machines. After observing for minutes, she arrived at a conclusion.

"Computers…"

She had seen computers before when she was still an assistant to one of the strongest Elementalists in the history of Planet Darvis, Newton Barne.

As soon as she confirmed that these were computers, the operation became much easier. She took some time to remember the basics before inputting some basic commands, the next moment, the computer switched back on.

Through the screen, she saw the command that was given to the secret cells of the Clown Society, her eyes constricted.

The computer displayed a summarized take of Clown's ambition.

Apparently, Clown's plan for the hidden cells was to amplify the chaos and effects after the events of today.

Attacking the Pugilist Academy and killing Jon Stones was not an impulsive decision, it was a well-planned attack and it had a lot of significance.

Lydia's eyes constricted even further, she was impressed. "What a plan…"

Clown targeted Jon Stones and his organization for a reason. For a long time, the 3 main academies have projected an aura of invincibility. They seemed so aloof, powerful, and far away that few dared to go against them.

Apart from some rogue Grade C superhumans, few humans dared to go against the main academies, this amplified their aura of invincibility.

Clown recognized that this aura could severely hamper his plan to herald chaos, this was why he sought to tear down the status quo.

Attacking and razing the Pugilist Academy to the ground tore that veil of invincibility. Killing Jon Stones amplified the effect countless times, to the gangsters and super criminals, the main academies were no longer so invincible.

This was what encouraged them to lead the Clown Revolution, coming out of their caves and hideouts to fight and seek benefits for themselves in the chaos.

"What ingenious planning…"

It seemed simple but having stayed at the pinnacle of power for a long time, Hunter Master Lydia knew that achieving this at this scale was hard.

She acknowledged Newton's student's genius but one question remained on her mind. "Why is he doing all this?"

"Does he really believe in that ridiculous notion of order in chaos?"

"Does he think he can survive it if he antagonizes all the Grade C powerhouses of the lawful organizations?"

The more she studied this man, the more she found his motivations dubious. Hunter Master Lydia felt that there was something more beneath the scenes.

As she studied, she also noticed some other connections in the computer that pointed to the Core Protection Alliance headquarters. Since it didn't elaborate, she instinctively skimmed through this part.

While she observed, the airspace here suddenly shifted.

Bzzz!

2 Grade C auras descended in her domain.

Hunter Master Lydia looked up at the 2 familiar faces.

"Core Protector Shanks…"
