Re-Awakening: I Ascend with a Legendary class

The group of twelve immediately got worked upon hearing Galvaren's words.

"You better keep this pet's mouth shut if you don't want to waste your trip here," Raymon Tuskin coldly said as he looked at Noah.

They were twelve of them, and a random monster was looking down on them and pissing them off. Backing down obviously didn't sit well with them.

"Boss, let's beat them up," one of the men in his early twenties said. "It's fine as long as we don't kill them, heh."

"You should think twice before thinking you can beat us," Talia snorted as she took out her dual revolvers, her eyes with fiery sparks as she turned on her toggle-type class skill—Blazing Ammo Charge.

'I wasn't useful in Heroic raid, but I am not going to lose to these riff-raffs,' Talia's expression was cold as she aimed her pistols at them.

Noah and Xavier also got into a stance as the situation could get tense if one of them suddenly decided to attack. They heard them, and they didn't want to get beaten and get held back here.

But suddenly, Galvaren's aura heated as he walked ahead and stopped before the group of twelve.

"I was assigned to this group to make sure the special items don't land in another party's hands until my lord arrives at the floor boss area after 20 hours."

Galvaren grabbed his broken sword, his nostrils flaring up and his body producing a molten-obsidian exoskeleton, his first defense-type skill that he awakened recently.

Galvaren had gathered enough experience from Almond himself and knowledge about skills due to being intelligent. So after fighting intensely and sparring against others, especially in the Heroic Boss fights, he had improved and awakened a new skill—Skylord Molten Exoskeleton (SS).

"I alone will fight against all of you. Bring it on. I shall not kill you, but I shall cut a limb from each of you to make sure you do not have ideas about the special item in our possession. This is my word."

Hua Fei took out two long daggers as they lit up with faint purple-black flames. "It seems that I'll have to remind you about the gap between us, new super rookies."

Hua Fei was the previous super rookie of silver rank and also ranked top 3. She had a flame element and a variant of it, which was the main source of her strength since she had S-rank flame mastery due to having a high affinity with it.

"Hua Fei, I know you are strong and can probably defeat us in one vs one battle," Noah calmly said as he sheated his sword. "But the one you are looking down on is enough to defeat all twelve of you."

"Galvaren wanted that since the start," Xavier wryly smiled as he could clearly feel Galvaren's excitement.

All of them had sparred with Galvaren many times, so they knew his nature.

"Yeah, defeat him first," Talia sneered and put away her pistols.

"I appreciate your thoughtfulness," Galvaren grinned as he turned his head to the trio.

He turned back and floated off the ground with just heat radiating from his wings. "Now, shall we start?"

"Kill this cocky pet!"

In the next second, however, Galvaren vanished from their sight and radar as a burst of infernal flames unleashed from his wings, and he flew five meters high in a second!

"Shit!" Noah cursed, his body already moving.

Xavier and Talia immediately reacted and dashed away as well.

'He fucking used two of those skills at the same time! Is he trying to kill them?!'

Crimson Dive Bomb (S)

Hellfire Lightning Skycrown (S)

One was the ultimate crazy dive bomb attack, resulting in crazy destruction in an area of 100 meters radius with heavy magma and flame damage in a burst manner. A literal explosion of high lethality.

Meanwhile, Hellfire Lightning Skycrown added to that skill since it was a buff type skill, adding Hellfire Lightning, a special variant from combined elements lightning and fire, which increased the damage even more!

*BOOM!*

Galvaren dropped right in the middle of the group!

All of them tried in their own way during the one-and-a-half second they got after the initial surprise.

Some used defensive skills, and some used escape, while one of them used a huge barrier skill, and another used individual shields as everyone received a bubble-shaped barrier around them.

But all of those were shattered. Except for a few, most of them got moderately injured.

Galvaren obviously didn't give them any chance. Right after dropping, he zoomed towards Raymon and Hua, who were relatively better than others, his broken sword extending with crimson infernal black edge.

Hua Fei's daggers clashed against his sword as she swiftly guarded, and just as she was about to use a skill to win the bout, Galvaren's kick came hurling with infernal flames, interrupting her.

"Too slow! Bwahahahah!"

Raymon roared as an avatar of a wild war boar with earthen armor draped over him, and he crashed towards Galvaren, cracking earth and shaking the palace.

'Wonderful!'

Galvaren turned to him, his aura bursting out as he immediately swung his sword, exerting his full strength. The ground beneath him shattered, and debris literally melted and turned lava as his sword swung forward, illuminating the area around him.

Blazing Wrath Slash (A) boosted by Hellfire Lightning Skycrown + Emberstone Pouch (S) as his sword absorbed all lavatic power and flames and burst as his sword struck the giant tusks of the Wild War Boar Raymon.

*BOOM!*

Along with a loud explosion and a powerful shockwave, Galvaren was pushed back several meters.

But on the other hand, Raymon flew back like a bullet and smashed into the palace wall, embedding a meter inside the thick wall!

Galvaren roared and zoomed in, sweeping past two meters and destroying their legs before landing at two others.

Both of their eyes could only enlarge, and they quickly used skills in panic, but Galvaren's decisive attacks helplessly rendered them in the same state as the previous two.n/ô/vel/b//jn dot c//om

Despaired, Disabled, Defeated.

"I'm kind of glad Almond commanded him not to go serious enough to hurt us during our sparring," Talia wryly smiled.

"Can't disagree," Xavier wryly smiled.

Noah nodded as he watched Galvaren utterly disorienting their formation and disabling them one by one.

They didn't know what hit them from the start.

'He lives up to his quirks and backstory. Starting with a dive bomb to split up them and using his created advantage snowball on them.'

"Let's make sure this ends right now," Noah said as he vanished from his spot and pointed his sword at the defeated Hua Fei who failed her first attack against Galvaren and got her right leg destroyed.

"How can a summon be so powerful?!"

"Damn it!"

"Fuck, it hurts! Give me a healing potion! I don't have any left since I used my last on the previous fight!"

Galvaren floated in the sky after and immediately entered a passive state to recover his Mana, "You are defeated once, and I know you can recover with potions. But it'd be wise to accept your defeat now and cease resistance lest I get lethal with you all."

"That's right," Noah pointed his sword at Hua Fei. "Don't make any more trouble."

"The special item is ours," Xavier said to Raymon as his rapier glinted with light gold, "Move onto the next floor because we will only summon the floor boss after 20 hours."

*Click*

Talia's revolvers' barrels spun as they clicked, her guns flaring up. "Take your potions and items. Galvaren, if they don't take them out within the next three seconds, we can assume that they want to resist and fight us."

"We will heal you after you give us the potions, so take them out," she added.

"Fair enough," Galvaren nodded as he pointed his sword down. "You heard the lady. Be quick."
