My Muscle System in the Mage World

Chapter 395 Mysterious Image

"How is it going, Guardian Spirit?" Aur spoke with a smile on his face as Stella felt a shudder down her back.

"How?"

Stella moved her neck muscle to look behind her.

A wet, sickening squelch filled the air as Aur's large hand came out from the other side of her chest, drenched in warm blood.

The crimson blood trickled down to the ground. A wave of cold horror washed over Stella, freezing her in place. Her breath quickened in her throat, her mind screaming in disbelief as her body betrayed her, trembling uncontrollably.

She couldn't comprehend how he had managed it, her thoughts a panicked blur as the sight of her own beating heart, still pulsing in his blood-streaked hand, sent icy shivers down her spine.

"You know, I have always been looking for your weakness but couldn't seem to find it for a long time." Aur spoke casually while withdrawing his hand with her beating heart still in his blood-stained hand.

"You are not a living being like us; you were created, and you cannot die at the same time. There must be a core that you are hiding that allows you to not die."

Stella fell to the ground with a thud, her body convulsing in pain.

Blood trickled from the corner of her mouth, mingling with the dirt beneath her, but at the same time this happened. Her chest gaped open, raw and exposed, but almost immediately, the wound began to close and a piece of flesh started to grow in the place where there was her heart previously.

Aur slowly walked up to her; his every step seemed to make her heart quiver instinctively.

"That was just my initial conjecture and could be right or wrong," he said, spreading his arms, his hand holding the beating heart but never crushing it. "After all, this entire world could be your core, and to kill you, we need to destroy the entire world."

"If that was the case, then that would be counterproductive, and even if I could do it, then there was no reason for me to do it."

"But I have been observing all your movement till now."

"How?" Stella spoke while vomiting a mouthful of blood.

Aur smiled mysteriously: "A wise man once said to me, You can only talk in battle when you are buying time, and I have followed those principles throughout my life."

"No! You can't… You can't do this to me! I still have… the poison!" Stella's voice cracked, her eyes wide and wild, filled with desperation.

"Well, I can create a new you then. A better you that doesn't think for herself."

Aur snickered as he punched the ground.

Bang!

The earth shook as a large raven instantly appeared in place. Aur dragged her by her legs towards the crater.

"No… No…"

Stella cried out loud with horror in her eyes: "You..."n/ô/vel/b//in dot c//om

Stella's voice was a desperate scream as Aur's hand clenched around her leg.

She thrashed weakly against his grip, her fingers clawing at the ground in a futile attempt to stop him from dragging her to the crater.

Her vision blurred with tears of terror, and in that moment, all hope drained from her. 'No, please... no…' Her pleas turned into ragged sobs as she dragged into the crater.

After some time, the void tore and a red-haired girl appeared in place.

"Where has that bastard hidden?" Her teeth grinded together.

Nina still remembered the fight vividly in her mind.

At the point of contact, Aur and Nina were about to clash with her blue flaming demon flaring to fight.

Aur caught her attack, twisted her fist, and casually punched in the void, destroying it and leaving the crumbling place, leaving a stunned Nina behind.

"That bastard strength is..." She looked at her fixed fist, which was trembling. "He has reached the power of Tier Four; how? He has no mental space; how could he reach such a power?"

There was disbelief in Nina's eyes, then her emerald pupils looked at the large ravine in the ground.

Nina silently followed Aur with a contemplative gaze.

Thud!

With the ground trembling, Aur finally landed on the ground with him dragging Stella by the hair. Find your next adventure on empire

"Noo.." Stella's eyes immediately widened in horror.

In this place where it was underground and should be filled with darkness. A faint, pulsating green light flickered within the shadows, casting ghostly patterns on the ground.

The crystal, jagged and glowing with green light, seemed to hum with mana, overwhelming mana.

"Is this the core?" Aur muttered in his heart silently, looking at the crystal that was emitting a green light: "Even though you can't die, when I have your heart until you can regenerate, you cannot move, completely stationary."

"How do you know so much?" Stella spoke with widened eyes.

"You don't need to know that." He shook his head with a smile on his face, his gaze deeply looking at Stella laying spiralling across the ground.

Then he looked back at the green crystal.

"Should I tell her?"

Aur's eyes flashed with amusement as a human figure in a green hollow diagram appeared in the place.

The green crystal flickered simultaneously, and it shined brighter and brighter till even Ray had to strain his eyes just to look in front of him.

The air around the crystal seemed to ripple and distort, bending light in unnatural ways until, with a sudden flash, a figure materialised. A translucent green image of a man stood before them, flickering and shifting as though the very fabric of reality strained to contain his presence.

"Hello."

This green image of a man was wearing a white robe and trousers while his hair was long black, but what was terrifying were his eyes.

His pupils were covered in an eerie darkness, an absolute darkness, letting no light pass through, completely an utter darkness.

Aur felt a chill in his heart, almost freezing on the spot.

"Oh, sorry, I forgot to turn off my Devil Pupils." The man's pupils turned into green pupils.

"You don't have to worry about anything; this is not my soul. When that human emperor attacked me, he already wiped me out of existence; I am truly dead." The hollow graphic man spoke with a smile.

Aur pupils dilated: "What do you mean?" But in his mind he was already contemplating, even if this image said it, but he was still weary in his heart.

These power complications were not something Aur could understand right now, so it was better for him to be as natural as possible while going through the flow.

"You don't have to worry about anything; I set this image for my future inheritor to gain my fortunes and be able to walk the path of the strong again without the obstruction of this woman."

"What do you mean, master?" Stella spoke, feeling betrayed in her heart.

"I knew that as you live longer, you will gradually gain emotion, and with emotion comes greed, so you will never likely bow your head to someone to become an eternal servant, so I left a backhand, Stella," the man said with a smile.

"You can sacrifice her to the crystal, and she will revive herself completely tamed by you."
