Through the small forest, the two teams were able to see each other through the gaps between the trees.

The fight hadn't begun yet, but the tension was already high.

"I guess it is time to start acting~" Julian raised his hand and started waving to the crowd with a handsome smile.

With that pure smile, the women watching were immediately captivated and started cheering with blushes spreading across their cheeks and reaching their ears.

"So handsome!"

"You can do it, Jason~"

"Tch…" the men clicked their tongues.

"Hey, you~" A short-haired woman leaned over the pit's railing and smiled at Kiernan. "You should also smile and wave; I am sure you would look good~"

"Eh?" Kiernan turned to her with a cold look and said, "Shut up. I'm not doing that."

"Oh?" The short-haired woman's heart tightened, and a deep blush appeared on her cheeks. "Bad boy~"

She was also swooning like a young maiden in love. She cupped her hands over her mouth, trying to contain her excitement.

"It looks like the crowd is already excited!" The announcer shouted. "Let's start the match, shall we? May the best slaves win, fight!"

"Alright~" Julian smiled and cracked his knuckles. "Who will you take?"

"Shut up, and stand aside, pretty boy," Kiernan pushed him out of the way as he walked towards the two brothers.

"Eh?" Julian touched his shoulder and smiled. 'You're enjoying this, aren't you, Kiernan?'

"You two are pissing me off!" Alex smashed through the trees with his broad-chested frame, his eyes blazing with anger.

"If you think this is some kind of game, you're dead wrong. We're here to die!"

"Is that so?" Kiernan stomped on the ground, and his right tattooed arm started twisting like a drill.

The word "Iron" on his finger started to fade away as if it was being erased away from existence.

Alex met Kiernan in the middle of the pit. The crowd cheered loudly. He then raised his arm and hacked it down as if it were a sword.

"HYPERION'S SMASH!"

Kiernan's fist smashed into Alex's chest, and while he'd been able to deal with all sorts of attacks with his broad-chested frame, this attack took him greatly by surprise.

All of his organs screamed in agony as the force of the blow knocked the wind out of him.

Alex got thrown off his feet, smashed through a couple of trees, and crashed into a wall. The dent on his chest was big. He then collapsed on the ground and lay motionless.

The crowd gasped before erupting in cheers.

"Tobias! Tobias! Tobias! Tobias!"

Kiernan raised his arm and then showed a middle finger to everyone there.

"Fuck you all!"

As if they had received an adrenaline boost, the cheers just kept getting louder and louder.

"Wohoo, let's fucking go!" Otto screamed.

"T-the hell?" Loid muttered under his breath.

Within the top floor of a nearby restaurant, behind a glass window, Luther and Marilyn watched the match unfold.n/ô/vel/b//in dot c//om

They had a perfect view from there.

"A natural actor, haha!" Luther laughed. "It looks like the young brat is enjoying it!"

"Otto wasn't lying," Marilyn said with a giggle. "What a tremendous punch. I felt the tremors from here!"

"Heh," Luther rubbed his chin. "The crowd is liking it, that's for sure."

At that moment, a hand wrapped around Kiernan's shoulders. He turned to the side and saw Julian grinning like a fool.

"You had your fun, Tobias~" Julian walked past him and approached Adam. "My turn!"

"B-brother?" Adam turned to his unconscious brother, his expression filled with shock and disbelief.

He was the younger brother of the two and had always been following in his older brother's footsteps.

They were born on a small island in the western part of the World Seas. That place lacked opportunities. Thus, they took a ship and headed to the Martial World.

The Martial World offered many opportunities, and with their talent, they believed they could do extremely well there.

However, the pirates attacked them before they had even reached the halfway point and took them to the Pirate Kingdom to serve as fighting slaves!

"Shit!" Adam turned to Julian with a look of anger and swung his fist at him.

The wide arc punches missed Julian. He then punched again. It missed again. Julian just moved his head out of the way and laughed.

"My father taught me if you press these five places…" Julian jabbed his finger into five different spots in Adam's chest.

Adam's breath stopped momentarily, and he fell down on one knee with a look of shock.

"Any and every opponent will fall down to their knees!" Julian laughed. "And then…"

With a jab of a finger, he thrust his finger into Adam's throat, piercing his skin and causing Adam to gasp for air in pain.

"You have five seconds before you fall unconscious!" Julian said. "What will you do in those five seconds, I wonder!"

Adam stood up, even though he couldn't breathe, and rushed at Julian. He punched like his life depended on it, fueled by a mixture of adrenaline and desperation.

The punch missed as Julian pulled his head back.

"4 seconds."

Adam did a sweeping kick, but Julian leaped over it with a laugh.

"3 seconds!"

It was starting to get dark for Adam, yet he still punched forward.

Julian slapped the punch away with ease.

"2 seconds!"

"…" Adam's eyes turned blank, and he wanted to throw another punch, but he then collapsed on the ground.

"1 second…" Julian scratched his neck. "You was only able to do four seconds? Oh well…"

He then crouched in front of Adam and jabbed his finger in another pressure point. It eased Adam's body, and he was able to breathe again.

However, he'd already fallen unconscious.

Julian stood up and waved to the crowd, who showered him with applause and kisses. The crowd was loving every minute of it.

"The winners are Tobias Reiner and Jason Leonhardt; they have defeated the Corsair brothers in a surprising upset!"

Otto clapped his hands loudly and laughed heartily just because Loid was sitting right behind him, as he knew that him laughing pissed him off even more.

Loid's face had turned red out of anger.
