"W-we're rich? Right?" Mordred couldn't help saying after looking at the vast amount of precious materials in front of him.

"Hahaha! We are!" Giovanni laughed merrily as he answered.

"I guess, we can have a longer vacation now?" Ordessa smilingly probed their leader.

"You bet... Just the gems are enough for us to live a luxurious life."

"Haha! You did a great job Wallace!"

"Thank you... But if not for that magic spell you've thrown, we won't be able to escape. Right, may I ask what kind of spell was that?" Wallace asked Giovanni.

"Oh, you mean that orb? It's one of those one-time use artifact out there. We acquired them during our mission at the Wailing Gorge... That was quite dangerous, you know?" Giovanni answered as he reminisces the past.

"That's true, just remembering that experience chills me." Even Drake expressed his thoughts. It seems that their squad encountered a lot of dangerous events or missions during their adventuring life.

"The artifact is called Violent Water Orb and the other artifact we used to blast through the ceiling of the underground tunnel was a Violent Cloud Shuttle Orb. We found a total of 5 different orbs at the Wailing Gorge. Now that we used two of them, only three was left." Drake explained very clearly making the members of the squad curious. Telling about their trump cards to someone else that is not part of their squad would do no good.

But their leader thought otherwise, during the past two weeks after the auction, his members were sent to other missions to acquire some essential resources for their future while he collected information about Wallace, their collaborator in this mission.

He did simple research to find out more about him and learned about his potential. But he wasn't that satisfied as he wanted to learn more about him aside from his achievements that can be found online.

He paid the Night Rat to gather that information and found out that although unannounced to the public, Wallace was already an apprentice of a Grand Arcanist. Not only that, but the young teen also possessed powerful or destructive artifacts. Through paying a huge sum of money, he acquired a video where the young man's house was attacked by powerful robbers but managed to fend them off using his personally installed Defensive Mana Artifacts.

In short, he decided to befriend him. His members immediately realized their leader's intention so they no longer mind. They trusted Drake's judgment.

"Oh, I said that you can only study the fragment for a month. But you see, we don't really have a use for it, it's been with us for more than a month and we discovered that none of us were compatible with using it..."

Wallace remained silent after hearing this and realized that he was being given a chance to acquire it fully.

"Uhmm... Is that so? Do you mind if I purchase this completely?"

"Haha! I don't mind! Look at these treasures... I'm sure that these are more valuable than that Celestial Fragment with unpredictable purpose." Drake answered.

"Really? Then... please tell me your price."

"Price? How about we become friends? After acquiring these treasures, we might even retire from being a mercenary. Well, our main purpose for adventuring is to live a glorious life but recently we decided to live a different but interesting life. How about this, as a friend... help us buy a certain land instead and we'll give you the celestial fragment. What do you say?"

"Buy a land?"

"Yes, the one we wanted to purchase requires a certain level of status. After you purchased it using your name. You can transfer it to me."

"Eh? Do I have that certain status? I'm still a student and don't have any license you know?"

"Haha... You jest! So, can you do it for us?"

"Huh? Then, if I can really purchase it. I don't mind."

"Great! By the way, is there any item here that interests you? As you can see, we were unable to appraise most of the materials here."

"Mhmmm..."

Wallace looked around the items as if pondering about it but in truth, ever since he acquired all these treasures, his Pathfinder was giving him notifications several times. Aside from that, after he released all these treasures, his Avalon had been constantly notifying him about some familiar items.

[ You have discovered fragments of destroyed Cube of Paradox ]

[ Acquiring the fragments would help the user improve the power of the Cube. ]

[ Current User Authority Level: Knight ]

[ Promotion to "Knight Commander" can be achieved after integrating with the remnant destroyed Cube of Paradox ]

This is what it says after they gathered the "Unknown Metal Fragments". The perks of having a Knight Level Access were already quite amazing and Wallace had never desired to improve his access level. It is not because he didn't want to get stronger but he thought that this level was already an absolute thing.*

He remembered that due to his bloodline not originating from the Ancient Mayan Royal, the Cube can only give him a Knight Level Access.

Whatever the reason was, this news was still surprising to Wallace. But there was something even more shocking news after his Avalon, the reliable Artificial Intelligence, scanned the treasures and found that the "Unidentified Black Metal Coins" were actually the Galactic Federation's Zen coins!

The coins were made from a very precious metal that can only be mined at a planet owned by the Federation's Central Forces. The metal was called Damocles Black Iron. The coins aren't just a form of money but can also be used as a source of energy in the vast outer space.

Putting that aside, this only confirmed that the underground tunnel was actually a base created by someone who came from the outer space. No, it may have also been transferred to other natives of this Earth but this doesn't change the fact that this planet had already made a contact to the outside.

'So this only means that its really not impossible to find this planet. If this is the case, there's truly a high chance for the Empire who was chasing after the Cube to find this place.

Tsk! Mom, you've been researching a very dangerous ancient relic!'

Wallace couldn't help but lament upon learning this. Everything has changed after his mother went missing and his father, Brian Heather, was looking for her traces as he continued his wife's research. Wallace understood this detail after his Uncle Shin hinted that the Cube was part of his mother's research.

He already realized that all their unusual businesses, travels, and operation using the Zymeth spaceship before was actually an action to fulfill his mother's dangerous hobby.

In the meantime, he had to deal with his current predicament.

"I found interesting? I guess, these black coins and this sack of metal fragments. After all, we can't identify them. Although the vials were also unknown, I'm sure that you have a reliable channel to get them appraised. Also, the two items give some impression to me. For the unidentified gems and unknown Mana Beast's cores, it's also interesting to learn about them but I'm not into this type of material."

"Haha! You're quite honest. Great!" Drake looked at his members before speaking again.

"Most of the items here will be reappraised and be converted to money. So how about it? Wanna purchase them?"

"Sure! Let's talk about that."

As the two made an agreement, the other members were all trying to decide who would receive the three Spatial Bags. But they suddenly realized that the bags were actually filled with Revitalization Mana Water!

While this is all happening, the group of beta testers was crazily studying a unique mechanical technology within the game.

They were given a timeframe on this third quest they received.

"This is interesting..."

"That's true. Too bad, this is only a game.'

"What are you saying? Look at the principles of this technology. I bet that this is possible in real life!"

Currently, there are five beta testers that actually know each other in real life.

Looking at their avatars, they were surprisingly students who participated during TMAC.
