I Spread my Genes to Level Up in the Apocalypse

Chapter 228 Filling the whole Milky Way with Black Hole!

"How is it going, William?" Ray, without even turning, spoke with a smile on his face.

The door suddenly opened, and William fell to the floor, his expression gradually morphing into terror.

"How could you be here…!?" he whispered, his voice shaking uncontrollably.

"You are in my house, though," Ray replied casually.

"Huh?" William was stunned, his voice cracking. "Is Elaine…"

"That's right, she is my daughter." Ray slowly stood up, his cold expression unwavering.

"So, any last words then, William?"

"Eh." William sat there blankly, his eyes hollow as if staring into the distance, unable to form a coherent response. His mind seemed stuck, processing the overwhelming reality.

"It's not over yet. I still have a system…"

"If you're thinking your little intriguing system could do anything, then you're delusional," Ray said coldly, his tone dismissive.

He glanced meaningfully at William. "The reason I let you live was because of this thing anyway."

"What do you mean?" William's fist clenched tightly until it felt as though it would bleed.

"You can't do this to me…"

He began to cry, his stench growing more putrid with each passing second, becoming increasingly revolting.

"Die."

Ray looked at William, and his pupils briefly glowed faintly.

Immediately, William's movements froze. His body seemed paralyzed before he collapsed to the ground with a thud.

His eyes were vacant—lifeless.

Ray calmly walked back to his throne, his gaze lingering on the dead body of William.

"You can come out of the shadows or whatever you are."

He waited, but there was no movement from William.

"I guess I need to do it myself, huh."

As Ray began to move, the surroundings immediately grew turbulent, and the void began to distort.

"Finally showing yourself?"

From William's lifeless body, a shadow slowly emerged, taking the strange, twisted shape of a human.

"When did you find out?" the shadow asked, its voice echoing with an unsettling tone.

"The moment I saw William," Ray replied lightly.

"You have a lot of secrets, human."

"I do," he nodded. "Are we really going to fight?"

"You dare," the shadow said, his voice cold and menacing, "after sending a black hole to disrupt my entire galaxy, and not only that—you even dared to double down and multiply it fourfold, merging those four black holes into one. You've swallowed two extra stars with it."

"So?"

Ray questioned, his poker face unwavering as he said, "Let the past be past. How about we shake hands and become friends?"

"That's impossible, human," the shadow snarled.

"Good." Ray lightly exhaled, almost like blowing out a candle.

Swish!

The void shattered, and space and time unraveled, disintegrating everything in its path.

The shadow was instantly obliterated, wiped from existence without a trace.

"It was weak," Ray said, shaking his head in disappointment.

Then, he tilted his head upward, his gaze sharp and focused.

"It's time to go outside."

The moment the words left his lips, his figure vanished as if dissolved by the wind—leaving behind nothing but dust in its wake.

All the women present stood in stunned silence, their eyes wide with disbelief.n/ô/vel/b//in dot c//om

In the null darkness of outer space, everything was chaotic with flying asteroids and storms swirling through the void. It was a chaotic yet peaceful and silent environment.

However, in one particular region, everything was empty—gas didn't travel there, and every object seemed to avoid that single spot for some unknown reason.

At that moment, a figure slowly materialized from the void.

Boom!

Immediately, the entire galaxy trembled. All the heavenly bodies seemed to stir awake, moving in unison toward him.

"Oh, what a grand welcome."

He gently extended his hand, pressing his thumb and middle finger together firmly, building the tension for a sharp…

Snap!

A terrifying shockwave spread outward, obliterating everything in its path. Every celestial body that converged toward him was instantly destroyed, reduced to nothingness.

"Where is that Universal being?"

Frowning, Ray scanned the area, but even his true eyes couldn't perceive the Universal being anymore.

"Oh, well," he muttered, his gaze shifting to the countless stars above.

"Since we have turned into enemies, why not burn the bridge entirely?"

Ray's fiery, hungry gaze met all the Peak Planetary beings.

No matter how distant the stars were, all the Peak Planetary beings felt a chilling wave that seemed to freeze their very essence.

Boom! Boom! Boom!

After that, there was only destruction—pure, utter devastation. Ray handled everything with a single sweep of his hand, as effortlessly as if swatting away dust.

"Hmm… why dost thou sense a foreboding woe?"

The Universal being pondered as it traveled rapidly through another galaxy, heading straight to its core.

"Mother shall be most wroth should she discover that a gate to yon other universe hath been unsealed… and a paradox hath been wrought."

Soon, it arrived at a bright blue sphere that stood out brilliantly in the vast darkness. The vivid radiance made it impossible to miss.

"Mother." The Universal being bowed its head in reverence.

Silence. A profound, heavy silence filled the space.

"Mother, there is dire trouble—a flawed mortal hath unbarred the gates to the multiverse…"

Before it could even finish, the entire realm began to tremble violently.

"What did you say!?"

A massive hand slowly emerged from the radiant blue light, its form composed entirely of twinkling stars and galaxies—a breathtaking, celestial sight.

"'Tis true, Mother," the Universal being said, its voice trembling with fear.

"The failed human kind should ne'er have been able to attain such a stature, no matter what…"

The voice from the blue light paused, heavy with an ancient, unyielding authority. "Take me to this failed human species."

"Yea, Mother." Universal readily agreed, and the two promptly departed.

As the gigantic being fully revealed itself, its form was staggering. Its size dwarfed stars, with a body so massive it spanned nearly the scale of two suns. Its skin appeared translucent, as the vastness of black holes and stars were reflected within it, creating a cosmic being across its form.

They traveled swiftly, their journey joined by other celestial beings from across the galaxy, drawn to the powerful presence.

When they finally entered the Milky Way, the sight was horrifying. The once-vivid expanse of stars was now almost entirely consumed by a vast array of black holes, swallowing everything in their path.
