Chapter 724 Remnant Will of the False Flame

Chapter 724 Remnant Will of the False Flame

Chapter 724: Remnant Will of the False Flame

Within a second, Charles let his consciousness return to the real world and stared at the 'False Flame' spell option.

"Zera, bring out the 'False Flame' spell model." He ordered.

"Yes, Master." Zera waved her hand, instantly brought out a complex hexagonal cube-like box out of thin air, and gave it to him.

Before he could touch it, a sudden burst of invisible energy came from the cube and directly appeared above Charles's forehead.

The next instant, the invisible energy entered his head, passed through the dark space, and entered his Inner World.

Simultaneously, Charles received information about this spell.

'False Flame's Will: It's a last remnant will of a certain False Flame Consciousness and can manipulate Spatial Elements. As long as the user manages to absorb the False Flame Essences within the Will, you will be able to gain the ability to travel from one space point to another. Caution: The more the user uses the False Flame, the more it becomes a separate existence.'

A stunned expression appeared on his face.

Without hesitation, Charles entered his Inner World and searched for the remnant will of the False Flame Consciousness.

It is almost invisible to the naked eye, so he barely recognizes the traces left behind.

Charles furrowed his brows as he enveloped his whole Inner World in Wisdom Power and soon looked up at the invisible False Flame spell model.

'So it wants to become a part of my spell model and then slowly take over its control from me, huh?' Although he didn't understand the concept of the spell models and their links to his soul and body, he instantly saw through the remnant Will's plan.

First, he cast the [Accelerate Thoughts] on himself and then enveloped the whole Inner World in Rebirth Flame, accelerating the flow of time more than 20 times faster.

Without delay, he flew towards the dark sky at an incredible speed and quickly caught up to the 'remnant Will of the False Flame.' It appeared more like a blob of slime and burned continuously.

Upon noticing his arrival, it tried to move away by manipulating space, but Charles firmly grasped it with both hands.

"What a fascinating being." He muttered solemnly, directly probed it using his wisdom power, and more than 4000 flame essences were fused to form a cluster of an invisible flame.

He didn't hesitate as he arrived before the False Flame Spell model and started comprehending the False Flame essence in the remnant will. Although it tried to escape multiple times, Charles firmly grasped it and focused on comprehending a single essence.

He hovered before the spell model for over six hours and finally comprehended the first False Flame Essence. Just as he comprehended the flame essence, an invisible flame essence came out of his consciousness, directly entered the hexagonal spell model, and fused with it.

Charles focused on the next False Flame essence and continued comprehending it. On the other hand, one of his other consciousnesses took control of the main body and started doing physical work.

Time flowed as he grasped the nature of the False Flame even more and started reconstructing his False Flame Spell model.

Hours turned days, days turned weeks, and soon it became more than 40 months.

Around this time, Charles completely absorbed all the False Flame Essences and destroyed the wiggling blob with a firm grasp.

The next second, his invisible false Flame Spell model became much larger and looked more like a gigantic hexagonal glass.

After absorbing the remnant will, Charles also understood its natural ability.

'I can tap onto the Space Point with the help of the False Flame and travel at a far away distance than now. For example, it's possible for him to travel tens of Light Years in a few seconds.' Although he still had a lot of questions about the space points and all, he decided to ask Runeth later.

After constructing the spell model, Charles didn't stay in his Inner World and quietly left.

A moment later, he opened his eyes in his bedroom and noticed that Zera was nowhere to be seen.

"How many days has been passed?" He asked out loud.

A second later, Zera appeared before him and bowed her head before replying.

"It's been 62 days, Master."

"Oh? Exactly two months, huh?"

Charles nodded his head and stood up from the bed.

"Can you prepare some food for me? It's been more than three months since I ate good food." He asked.

"Yes, Master. I'll get them from the canteen in two minutes." Zera said with a nod and disappeared from there.

Meanwhile, Charles went to the nearby wardrobe, took a white robe, and went to the bathroom to wash up.

When he left the bathroom, Zera suddenly appeared in the dining room with a large plate filled with multiple dishes.

Charles sat down at the dining table, the aroma of the dishes wafting through the air.

Zera gracefully placed the plate before him, a mix of delectable and visually appealing dishes.

As he indulged in the first bite, flavours exploded in his mouth, and he couldn't help but savour the taste. It had indeed been a while since he enjoyed a good meal.

Zera, standing nearby, observed Charles with a hint of satisfaction and soon asked. "Are you planning to construct other spell models, Master?"

Charles nodded. "Yes. I need to construct the remaining spell models soon and comprehend them slowly. But before that, I also needed to take some rest."

Saying so, he continued to eat and soon finished everything.

Afterward, he returned to the bedroom and slowly lay his head on the soft pillow.

As Zera took the plates and bowls, Charles thought of something and asked.

"Did that old man return from the Ember Kingdom?"

"Yes, Master. He came back more than 40 days ago and even brought your family members. And he also asked me to enrol all the kids from Nightwind Family as Rebirth Tower's students." Zera responded instantly.

"Good. Although I don't particularly appreciate helping the Nightwind Family, they have the same surname as me. Please take care of them from now on." Charles said with a smile.

But this time, Zera went silent instead of responding, causing him to furrow.

"Is there something on your mind?" He asked.

"Yes, Master. I think Master Runeth is planning on doing the False Reincarnation. When he comes back from the isolation, I have a feeling that he will do the 'False Reincarnation' and disappear from us." Zera said with a hint of worry.

'Oh? That old man managed to create a Tower Spirit with emotions!' Hiding the surprise, Charles focused on the information she told him.

"How do you know?" He asked.

"For the past few years, he has been solely focusing on creating a powerful array circle capable of even stopping the 'Mind Fire' from entering his Inner World and erasing his memories. Just two days ago, he completed the full array circle." Zera answered.

"But he isn't planning on doing the False Reincarnation, right? Is he reconstructing the 'Erase Existence' spell model? When we returned from Easica Plane, he told me he would be in isolation for a decade to reconstruct his spell model. So, don't worry about him leaving the Tower right away." Charles waved his hand. Although he understood her feelings, he knew that Runeth also had no choice.

He would forever be stuck in the Crown as an artifact if he didn't go through false reincarnation.

Even Charles doesn't want him to experience such a fate.

"He is not reconstructing his spell model but focusing on analyzing that strange spear he brought earlier, Master." Zera's words surprised him.

"That spear? He indeed told me that it is a valuable artifact." He pondered for a moment and soon asked.

"Do you want to accompany him too?"

Zera went silent for a few seconds and soon nodded.

"If possible, I'll gladly go with my creator, Master."

"Interesting. Then, we'll give Runeth a big surprise." Charles also agreed with her and then added.

"Let's discuss this another time. For now, I need some good rest."

Zera smiled radiantly and bowed before taking the plates and bowls away.

Meanwhile, Charles closed his eyes and fell into deep thoughts.

'Reincarnation, huh? Entering the Eternal River of Life is not an easy matter. Although I don't know how he achieved it last time, I'm sure he lost many things and, even the spell models. Even if I send an incarnation with him with purple flame essence, there is no way it can stop the flames of Eternal River of Life.' He instantly thought of the Purple Star inside the bead and thought of a strange idea.

'If what Azolla said was true, the Purple Star might also have a consciousness. If I can form some agreement with it, I might be able to create a spell that can even stop the Mind Fire in the Eternal River of Flame from entering one's soul.' But he knew it was the worst possible idea.

'I'm damn sure that the being sealed inside the bead is no less powerful than the Phoenix bird itself.' Even thinking of looking at such a being gave him eerie chills. He soon let a deep sigh and decided to take some rest for now.
