Emperor's Domination

Chapter 6312: Any Other Dish?

The aggressive disciples seeking retribution became frozen upon seeing the emperor’s attitude. They swore to avenge the dead chicken at all cost but it seemed there was more to this young man than meets the eye.

“Not bad.” Li Qiye glanced at the bones and said: “I’m afraid this is all that is left.”

Having said that, he tossed the bones over to the emperor who caught them.n/o/vel/b//in dot c//om

“If I knew you were hungry, I would have personally prepared it for you, Immortal.” The emperor said.

The juniors only listened in confusion, not daring to say a word.

“Really now?” Li Qiye smirked.

“Of course, you fixed my dao bone so that chicken was nothing.” The emperor said sincerely: “Would you like more? For example, a mountain immortal tiger, sky soar fish, firestarter shrimp… they are regional delicacies. Boil, stew, roast, steam, each different method has a unique taste.”

He seemed to be an expert when it came to food. The juniors salivated while listening.

Of course, they weren’t qualified to eat these dishes, only emperors and desolate gods.

As for Watcher Tiger, it became tense and staggered backward after hearing “mountain immortal tiger”.

“Later, I am a bit sleepy and will rest now.” Li Qiye yawned before entering the courtyard and closing the door.

“I will bother you again after your rest, Immortal.” Alch-deer Emperor said.

“We got lucky, right?” Princess Chen whispered to her peers.

The supreme being was always casual and willingly answered all of their questions. It seemed this didn’t apply to everyone.

“Of course.” Mu Hu said sentimentally, having figured out Li Qiye’s true power before the others.

“Master.” Senior Brother Gong came and bowed to the emperor.

He thought he had offended an important figure - a potentially fatal mistake.

“It’s fine, just be patient later. The esteemed immortal is benevolent and forgives you.” The emperor said.

Senior Brother Gong became sweaty, realizing he could have died just now for acting rashly.

“Take good care of this place, don’t let anyone bother his rest.” The emperor told Mu Hu’s group.

They immediately bowed and obeyed. In reality, no one bothered to come but they still patrolled the area.

After staying here for a while, Princess Chen and the others became familiar with the area, no different from the disciples of Desolate Frontier.

Although the emperor told them not to let anyone bother Li Qiye, he was the one who visited the most to ask whether Li Qiye was available.

The next guest was Mu Hu’s master, Huntblade Desolate God. He came after receiving Mu Hu’s message but didn’t wish to disturb Li Qiye’s rest.

He was more nervous about the whole thing and always patrolled the courtyard, occasionally stealing glances inside.

He looked like a hunter around fifty mortal years of age. Despite his aged appearance, he was muscular and had nine sacred fruits.

Mu Hu saw his nervous master and didn’t dare make a mistake. He also patrolled the entire day and the others copied him.

“Were we too carefree before?” Orchidcore couldn’t help but ask.

Huntblade Desolate God and Alch-deer Emperor were tense when dealing with this ancient ancestor. However, they were very casual around Li Qiye.

“I think so, we messed up.” Monk Zhu said.

“The ancestor is benevolent and didn’t mind, that’s why we’re still standing here.” Mu Hu said.

The others agreed with him.

“Brother Huntblade, why are you here?” Alch-deer happened to catch Huntblade today.

“I should be asking you this.” To which Huntblade responded.

The two seniors didn’t seem to like each other so the juniors smartly backed away.

“I’m seeing if the immortal is awake so I can prepare some delicious meals for him.” Alch-deer didn’t hide his intention.

“Immortal.” Huntblade frowned because he knew this was about Li Qiye.

“He fixed my crooked dao bone so I have to do my best to show my gratitude.” Alch-deer said sincerely.

“The ancestor’s power is unfathomable.” Huntblade was astounded to hear this despite having more inside information.

Alch-deer’s dao bone couldn’t be fixed. The great alchemist Dragon-pill and Whale Ancestor who was versed in healing arts both failed. Alch-deer became an emperor but his grand dao and new power were of no use.

“Ancestor? What ancestor, you are keeping something from me, that’s not nice of you.” Alch-deer said skeptically.

“You still don’t know?” Huntblade realized his disciple had been keeping his mouth shut.

“Brats, what am I missing here?” Alch-deer asked the juniors.

“You never asked, Junior Uncle.” Mu Hu said innocently.

“The only thing you’ve learned from your master is how to feign ignorance.” Alch-deer commented before asking Huntblade: “Brother, speak already.”

“I am not completely sure, but since Wisdom Ancestor addresses him as an ancestor, we must as well.” Huntblade revealed.

“Is that so…” Alch-deer was astounded.

“Wisdom Ancestor…” Mu Hu felt the same way.

“Wisdom Ancestor?” Princess Chen asked.

“An ancient ancestor who had governed Desolate Frontier for a long time, one of the seven disciples just like our progenitor.” Mu Hu whispered.

“I know of this figure, so that’s who she is.” Orchidcore said.

They never expected the girl to be from the same generation as Desolate Ancestor and was world-renowned. No wonder why everyone called her “ancestor” in Desolate Frontier.
